Grant Dunham, President

The President’s duties are first and foremost to provide guidance and leadership to the chapter, ensure the smooth running of events and activities, as well as be the final decision maker on issues concerning the chapter. The President needs to be able to delegate duties to all officers in order to meet the requirements of the university as well as the Institute for Industrial Engineers. Cam Follas, Vice President

In case of presidential absences, the Vice-President of Chapter Relations would serve as the acting leader of the organization. Additionally, the VP is in charge of coordinating student trips to IIE conferences as well as publicizing OSU student chapter meetings (printing and hanging informational posters, sending e-mails, etc.). Mostly, since this club is a group effort, the VP should serve as part of the team that is willing to be involved in the planning, organization, and execution of chapter events. Brenda Buckman, Treasurer

Zach Fairman, Secretary

Write the minutes for each officers and general meetings. Type the minutes and e-mail them out to every officer within 1 week of meeting. Save copies of all minutes in a permanent file made available to all officers. Read the previous meetings minutes at each meeting Attend to all correspondence and write any necessary letters on behalf of the club. Bryan can be reached at fairmanz@onid.orst.edu

Brandon Wojdan, Membership

The primary duty of the Membership chair is to maintain an accurate membership list as well as send in IIE applications after students have filled completed them. Josh Wise, Social Chair

Plans, organizes, and executes all chapter social events. Sustains relations with other engineering clubs.Eddie can be reached at wisejo@onid.orst.edu

Chris Imondi, Historian

Takes pictures of social events, IM sports, conferences, and any other club events. Archives all pitctures into book and distributes current pictures to newsletter editor, webmaster, and all other officers as necessary.Tram can be reached at imondic@onid.orst.edu

Tim Maloney, Webmaster

Maintains chapter website and continues to update with current calendar, contact info for all officers, and meeting minutes. Manages online voting for IME Teacher of The Year as well as other business related to the website. Tim can be reached at maloneyt@onid.orst.edu

Inivites guest speakers from industry for meetings as well as comunicates with Portland Senior IIE chapter. Conducts all other business that improves the chapter’s efforts to educate members about the career opportunities for IEs.
