Hydrophiles Field Trips

Alsea Watersheds Field Trip, 2001 During the 2006-07 academic year, like in the past, Hydrophiles will sponsor three field trips. All field trips are offerred for free or for a nomimal fee to Hydrophiles members. Guests or non-members may attend for an additional fee depending on trip specifics.
Beginning the 1998-99 academic year, the club began a tradition of going on a field trip during each quarter with an appropriate theme from the Pacific Northwest hydrologic cycle. Our field trips have taken us to some wonderful places in the PNW, and we've met many interesting professionals involved in science, engineering, and management of water resources.  Hydrophiles field trips have served as a catalyst for unifying the OSU water resources community.  Mt. Hood, 2003
