Welcome to the Oregon State Chapter

Alpha Sigma Chapter House

The Alpha Sigma chapter of Alpha Tau Omega was founded at Oregon State University in 1882. We are the oldest fraternity on campus, and we are the first Alpha Tau Omega chapter in the Northwest. We currently have about 25 members, who are involved in many on-campus clubs, honor societies, and intramural sports teams.

As the National Leadership Development Fraternity, we are looking for driven college men who we can help become the leaders of tomorrow. Whether in academics, philanthropy, or social events, we strive to excel and lead others by our positive examples. If you are interested in learning more about ATO, look at our recruitment page, email our recruitment officer by clicking here, or stop by our house for a visit. Our house is located on the
corner of 26th and Van Buren. Here's a map.

ATO News - Spring 2008

The greatest thing we do all year is Cuts for a Cure, which is our signature philanthropy. We pioneered this idea just a few years ago and it has become a great success. This year we have 10 volunteers auction off their hair to the sororities and letting them cut our hair however they see fit, in which we have to wear around campus for one full week. All our proceeds go straight towards the American Cancer Society. ATO Roadshow will be attending Thursday and Friday to witness our philanthropy in action. We will have activities happening each day of the week at the MU Quad.
