Guidelines for Testifying Before a Congressional Committee

The guidelines for testifying before a congressional committee vary greatly depending upon the committee and the circumstances of the hearing.  All witnesses testify by invite only and must conform to committee rules.  If you have been asked to testify before a congressional committee and you have questions, please contact Kate Sinner.
