$175 pp - Multiple registration rate (two or more from same organization)

A lodging block has been arranged at the Best Western Corvallis, $91/night + tax. The block expires May 31, 2017. After that time, the rate will be based on availability.  Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellation requests need to be made in writing (via email or regular mail) 14 days before event. Cancellation requests 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees.
