Adding Money to Orange Rewards

On-Campus Students

Students who wish to add money to their card can do so at the OSU ID Center in B094 Kerr or through MyCard at mycard.oregonstate.edu. You will need to be prepared to pay for the requested addition with cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.

The requested amount of money will be added to your Orange Rewards account. The Orange Rewards account can be used in all campus dining locations and includes a 10% discount. It will carry over from term to term and year to year as long as you are an OSU student.

MyCard allows you to manage your Orange Rewards campus debit account online. You may view your Orange Rewards account; view past transactions; add money; set up, update and manage Orange Rewards 'donors' other than yourself; and deactivate or reactivate your lost OSU ID card.

Residence hall students may also change their meal plan at any time during the term by completing a Meal Plan Change Request form available at any UHDS Service Center. This is a modification to your contract and the difference will be billed to your student account. If you do have a hardship situation, please contact the UHDS central office at 737.4771 to make an appointment with one of our staff. Meal Plan dollars carry over until the end of Spring Term at which point all account balances are closed. There are no refunds on end-of-the-year meal plan balances.

Off-Campus Students

Off-campus students can also enjoy the benefits of a 10% discount at all 28 dining locations add money to your ID card, you need to do so at the OSU ID Center in B094 Kerr or online at mycard.oregonstate.edu. You will need to be prepared to pay for the requested addition with cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard. Additions can not be billed to your OSU Account. The ID Center will place the amount requested on your card in a plan called "Orange Rewards". The Orange Rewards plan can be used in all campus dining locations, as well as for printing and copying at the library. No discounts are given with this plan. It will carry over from term to term and year to year as long as you are an OSU student.

MyCard allows you to manage your Card Cash campus debit account online. You may view your OSU Card Cash; view past Card Cash transactions; add money to your OSU Card Cash account: set up, update and manage OSU Card Cash contributors other than yourself; and deactivate or reactivate your lost OSU ID card.

Faculty & Staff

With a $100 deposit, OSU Faculty and Staff may purchase dollars on their Orange Rewards through the OSU ID Center in B094 Kerr or online at mycard.oregonstate.edu. You may also pay with cash or Visa\MasterCard at any location within our dining facilities.
