The Oregon Student Assistance Commission administers privately funded scholarships for Oregon residents. The application deadline is March 1 for the following academic year. Most OSAC scholarships require completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Applications are available at the OSU Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships or online at www.osac.state.or.us.
