Learning groups help you gain new perspectives; learn from others to upgrade your skill set; and make contacts for future reference. Customer Service Support Group, Burnout Prevention- This group works from the FISH! Philosophy, and provides a venue for peers to problem solve, share, and support each other to prevent burn-out and keep energy levels high. Typically, at the first meeting, members will set the time, day of the week, and frequency for our meetings for this year. Leader: Parcella Provence

Freestyle Data Warehouse Report Building. This is a hands-on content-based group designed for current FIS, HRIS, and SIS Data Warehouse users to expand their report design abilities. Participants will learn how to create reports that go beyond the basic spreadsheet format. Throughout the year, each session will build upon skills learned in previous sessions. FIS/HRIS Data Warehouse. A hands-on content-based group designed for current Finance and Human Resources Data Warehouse users to expand their knowledge of how to get the information they need from OSU's FIS and HRIS Data Warehouses. This includes working toward a better understanding of the data available, practice building and modifying queries and reports, tips on using the data warehouse software, and techniques for massaging the data into useful information. MS Access - This group will meet twice a month. One meeting will involve discussion and video. The second will be a computer lab where we will practice skills learned in the video and work on questions from individual databases. Leader: Brad Dennis

Microsoft Office Learning Group. This group will cover Word Excel and PowerPoint, as Outlook and Access are covered in different groups. The group will decide at the first meeting which of the following 11 topics we will cover.
