All appeals must be paid within 10 days of receiving the citaton or the citation(s) may not be appealed. A discount will be applied to applicable citations paid within 10 days and the citation may then be appealed through the normal OSU appeals process. If a citation is appealed but not paid before the 10 day time limit for appeals, the appeal will be denied. If an appeal is made, there is also the option to appear in person before the appeal board. After the appeal board has rendered its decision, a letter of the decision will be mailed to the appellant. The decision of the Appeal Review Committee is final and not subject to further appeal. Citations may be paid at the Transit & Parking Services office by cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Citations can also be mailed to the Transit & Parking Services office or dropped off at the drop box in the OSU Bookstore pay lot or the drop box located in front of Adams Hall.
