All appeals must be paid within 10 days of receiving the citaton or the citation(s) may not be appealed. A discount will be applied to citations paid within 10 days and the citation may then be appealed through the normal OSU appeals process. If a citation is appealed but not paid before the 10 day time limit for appeals, the appeal will be denied. If an appeal is made, there is also the option to appear in person before the appeal board. After the appeal board has rendered its decision, a letter of the decision will be mailed to the appellant. The decision of the Appeal Review Committee is final and not subject to further appeal. Citations may be paid at the Transit & Parking Services office by cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Payments by check or money order may also be mailed to the Transit & Parking Services office or submitted in the drop boxes at the Pay Lot by the Memorial Union/OSU Bookstore or in front of Adams Hall, 606 SW 15th St. The citation fines are listed below.
