Athletics & Events Parking Permits

Pay & Display Stations

Visit the new 'Pay and Display' stations for your visitor permits. The 'Pay & Display' stations are located throughout campus. The cost for a daily permit is $5.00 for the day or $1.00 an hour up to a maximum of four hours. Visitors may park in student and visitor lots only for the day the permit is purchased. The permit is valid through midnight of the day it was purchased.

Athletic Events

During athletic events, specific lots will be open for event parking. The Athletic Department controls pay lots for football, men’s basketball and special events, such as concerts. Vehicles are charged $10-$20 and RV’s are $40. For game day information which includes the map, shuttle routes and directions to OSU, click on the Game Day Information link.

With a minimum contribution to the Beaver Athletic Student Fund (BASF), in combination with your season ticket purchase, you may qualify for a season football or men’s basketball parking pass. Donor parking is allocated based on priority. Please go to www.osubeavers.com for more information.

Conferences, Workshops and Meetings

Departments are responsible for obtaining guest parking permits for participants. Permits are available at the Transit & Parking Services Office and should be arranged for ahead of time. Please coordinate large conferences through TAPS a minimum of seven days in advance. See 'Pay & Display' for other options.

Permit Display

All permits should be displayed on the driver’s side dash or hung from the rearview mirror, visible from the outside. All reserved, handicap and timed spaces are enforced at all times unless otherwise posted. Parking is never allowed in a fire zone or in red/yellow curbed areas. Handicap parking spaces require both an OSU parking permit and a valid DMV placard. With a valid DMV placard, you may park free at any meter that has a time limit of more than 30 minutes. This policy is enforced at all times.
