As Director of Facilities Services it is my role to set the vision for the organization and work with the University administration obtain the resources necessary to support the academic and research initiatives at Oregon State University. My leadership is based on principles that I use to establish the parameters from which managers carry forward initiatives in support of the overall strategy for the organization. Vincent Martorello, Director
The Office of the Director is located at 111 the Oak Creek Building, on the corner of 30th and Western Blvd, Corvallis, Oregon 97330. Vincent Martorello has served as Director of Facilities Services since 2005. He oversees the planning, development, maintenance and operation of the main campus of Oregon State University. The Facilities Services organization is comprised of five distinct units: Administrative Services, Accounting and Resource Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Campus Planning and Development, and Campus Operations. Each unit is comprised of distinct departments.
The administrative structure and function of the Office of the Director is managed by Raquel Gonzalez. Raquel assists Vincent with special projects and the day-to-day function of the office. For scheduling needs or inquiries, please contact Raquel.
