Academic Success Center
Also known as the Student Success Center. The three story, 32,000 sqft. building will house the academic support program for student athletes. It will also serve other OSU programs offering academic support with goals of retention and academic success. The building will be located in Sector G, directly south of the parking structure and east of the Centro Cultural Ce'sar Chav'vez. The project budget is $14M.
Construction documents are complete. Start of construction anticipated spring 2011 upon sale of bonds.

Arnold Dining Center ADC
Phase 1 consist of upgrading the building infrastructure, adding new serving concepts and cosmetic upgrades to the building interior. The budget for this phase is $4,500,000.
Phase 2 consists of adding a second loading dock, reconfiguring offices, and an addition to the east. The budget for this phase will be determined at a later date.

Hallie Ford Center
The Hallie Ford Center is a new building for the College of Health and Human Sciences sited in the existing parking lot to the south of Bates Hall. The proposed building is 3 stories and 24,000 square feet.
Approved Budget: $10 million
Current Estimate (as of 8/10/2009): $9,913,457
Preliminary construction start date is March 2010, pending funding resolution and Historic Review Commission (HRC) approval. Tenatively, the proposed design will be submitted to the HRC in November 2009.
The project is currently in the Construction Documents phase, as approved by an MOU signed between Facilities Services (Vincent Martorello) and the College of Health and Human Sciences (Tammy Bray, Dean).
INTO OSU
The INTO-OSU Living-Learning Center will be located in Sector G of campus near 17th and Western Blvd. The 140,000 square foot facility will include a 350 bed residence hall, 30,000 square feet of class room space,, 5,000 square feet of office space and 5,000 square feet of convenience store/coffee shop space. Project completion is targeted for September 1, 2011.
Linus Pauling Institute
New Science 105,000 square foot research building for the Linus Pauling Institute and Department of Chemistry. The Building will contain Research Labs, NMR and Microscopy Labs, a Vivarium and a Vivarium service facility, Chemistry Teaching Labs, an Auditorium Classroom, a Seminar Room, Faculty Offices and a Cafe
Substantial Completion – August 2011
Education Hall
Project consist of a seismic renovation of Education Hall. This includes a new foundation, and replacement of the sandstone with limestone.

Nash Hall
Refit of the Nash Hall building systems including
- Replacement of Core and Perimeter HVAC systems
- Additon of Sprinklers and Fire Alarms
- Upgrade of lighting fixtures and Ceilings (where distrurbed)
- Addition of Emergency Generator (serves LPSC as well)
- Alternate: Replace Windows if we can afford them
