The EmpCenter time and attendance system has been installed with an initial configuration by Workforce in our test environment. This summer we are actively testing EmpCenter and the Absence Compliance Tracker (protected leave tracking), making edits and adjustments to fine-tune their initial setup. We are also developing training materials for end users, both as employees and as supervisors. Training will be available a full month before an employee group goes live.

5/22/12 WorkForce is configuring their product to meet OSU’s specific requirements.  A mid-configuration demo was delivered in late April.  The project team has reviewed it and provided feedback to WorkForce for them to continue their configuration.  A test environment is being installed in early June and fully-testable version of EmpCenter is expected to be delivered by late June.  A cross-functional testing group has been identified and will be working with the project team on testing.”
2/3/12 The Implementation Team is nearing completion of their review and modifications of the requirements documents from WorkForce (the documents that contain their understanding of our requirements).  The estimated completion date is February 10th.  The nextphase is for WorkForce to use those documents to configure their software to our needs.  This is expected to take 10-12 weeks from that point.  Questions or feedback is welcome – please visit the feedback page.
