Time and Attendance Software Project

Training Program:

Business Affairs, Human Resources, WorkForce, ECS and the OSU HelpDesk will be cooperating to develop and provide multi-modal training and resources to all staff and supervisors through and after the implementation of the EmpCenter time and leave reporting program.  The training program will include:

• Online, on-demand training (available through the mytime.oregonstate.edu site)
• Open lab sessions for individual help
• Robust help text available within the program
• User guides (available through the mytime.oregonstate.edu site)
• Business Center provided support contacts
• Payroll support contacts
• Human Resources support contacts
• Support through the OSU HelpDesk
