Administrative Rules: Oregon State University rules that have been adopted by formal rule-making procedures appear in Chapter 576 of the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR). Oregon State University is subject to the administrative rules of the State Board of Higher Education, the statutory governing board of the Oregon University System (OUS) (Chapter 580).
