University Day Teaching Symposium

“High Impact Practices for Student Classroom Success: A Panel Discussion with Three OSU Faculty and Dr. Carol Geary Schneider”

Dr. Carol Geary Schneider, president of the American Association of Colleges and Universities, joins four OSU faculty in a discussion of high impact classroom practices and why they matter especially in today’s diverse research university. Dr. Schneider will frame the conversation with an overview of new research by George Kuh on high impact educational practices, and our four OSU faculty will discuss their experiences implementing teaching and curricular enhancements to engage students and to support their success.
