This Master's Degree in Adult Education can prepare you to work as a human resource specialist in business, industry, government, community agencies, and community college programs that provide training services to their own or other organizations. The program advances the skills of those who either are or who aspire to be instructional designers, consultants, trainers, managers, and organizational developers
You will have the facilitation skills necessary to lead others in long-term change efforts in an organization using the theory of applied behavior science, including action research. You will have the instructional design skills needed to conduct rigorous needs analysis, design learning strategies and materials, develop and implement learning programs, assess learning outcomes, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
You will develop:
