Day 10 Pictures!
We have a boat load of pictures for your enjoyment today. We have pictures of the research teams doing what they do best…..research!
This is, of course, all in preparation for their final presentations which they will be giving tomorrow morning.
If you are curious to what is going on in the pictures be sure to remember to ask the campers themselves tomorrow!
There isn’t much captioning to be done so enjoy and keep up the great comments!

Today we have an all-in-one post for you all! We have some wonderful pictures in addition to some quick footage taken by one of the counselors.
These pictures are of the water rocket activity the campers did behind their dorm.
A little bit farther down you’ll see some video coverage of the event.
Here we have the campers working hard on their research projects already!
We also had played with some kites in the field, for purely educational purposes as you can see.

This is a quick update to show off one of the more important aspects of the camp.
Campers have formed into research groups in preparation for their final presentation on Friday.
In this preliminary stage they have formed a hypothesis and decided on the topic of their research project.

Weekend Pictures!
Saturday we went to the Hatfield Marine Science Center.
We studied the coastal estuary, dissected squid, and toured the facility.
In the afternoon we flew kites and played on the beach.
Sunday had some free time when the families came to visit.
Some campers opted to spend time at the home of Camp Director Robin Galloway.
There campers practiced archery on a buck that was kind enough to stand still.In the pond were Gamboosia fish that were actively studied by the campers.

Day 5 Pictures!
In the biological communities class we played a game modelling the effect of pollution on the ecosystem.
This was a fun running game in the Memorial Union Quad at OSU.
Our staff are experts in wisely managing their time!
Campers and staff eat together at the Marketplace West Dining Hall.
Everyone has the opportunity to choose their own meals.
Competition was fierce in the Baking Soda powered car challenge.
We wanted cars to go straight and travel as near to 25 feet as possible.

Day 3 Video!
