No Refunds are given. Exchanges can be made up to twenty-four hours prior to the ticketed performance date when tickets are available.  Patrons who cannot use their tickets and wish to exchange them must contact the OSU Theatre Box Office,

at least twenty-four hours before the time of the ticketed performance.   Post-dated tickets have no value and cannot be exchanged.

In the event that a performance is cancelled, OSU Theatre will make every effort to provide refunds or make an exchange for a subsequent performance.
