Kami is Assistant Director of Student Media for Advertising and Marketing. In this position she has advised the advertising students for The Daily Barometer, overseen production of the OSU Directory, and co-directed high school yearbook and newspaper workshops since 1995. She is a former past president of the College Newspaper Business & Advertising Managers (CNBAM) and served on the CNBAM board for seven years.

Before coming to OSU, Kami worked at an advertising agency as media buyer, assistant account executive and production coordinator. Kami has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Technical Journalism from OSU and a Master’s of Interdisciplinary Studies (focusing on Sociology, Speech Communication and Scientific & Technical Communication) from OSU.

Melissa moved from Texas over 10 years ago and is a former teacher.  She is Office Manager of Student Media and performs a wide range of office support, technical and administrative or business-related tasks in support of campus programs or operations.  She is vital for the Student Media Department in all phases of communication and coordinating efforts for many of the individual programs.  Melissa serves as the Assistant to the Director of Student Media.

Mark came to OSU from England over 10 years ago. He is the Information Technology Consultant for all Educational Activities funded groups and manages the hardware, software and networks used throughout Student Media. He previously worked for OSU Extension Services.
