Six individual testing booths are equipped with pass-through
windows and controlled lighting to mask visual cues in samples.
All booths have computers using CompuSense sensory testing software.
Our fully equipped kitchen is used for the preparation
and serving of test samples. We also have an additional sample
area used for deep-fat frying, baking in a convection oven, benchtop
chemistry using analytical glassware, and impinger ovens for
pizza and steak preparation.
Our descriptive panel room is used by our highly trained panelists
for descriptive studies and focus group meetings.
