Bob Bontrager will discuss the proposed admissions policies changes,
implementation schedule and cost estimates. Linked resource materials for this

Bob De Carolis, Athletics Director, will provide an Athletics Update, including

Ray William, Advancement of Teaching Committee Chair, will discuss the Student Evaluation
of Teaching Guidelines and report form that will provide the evaluation results.

- PERS Forum
The Faculty Economic Welfare and Retirement Committee is sponsoring a
PERS Forum on May 14 from 4:30-6:30 PM in the MU Ballroom. Denise Yunker,
OUS Human Resources Manager, will present updated PERS information
following the May 13 PERS Board Meeting. All state
employees who are either interested in the reform of the PERS system or
who are considering retirement are highly encouraged to attend this forum.
There will be time for a question and answer session. So we can be assured
of adequate seating, please RSVP to faculty.senate@orst.edu by 5:00 PM on May 12.
- AAUP/AOF/IFS Joint Meeting Postponed
The annual AAUP/AOF/IFS Joint Meeting previously scheduled for May
3 has been postponed. Details will be announced when determined.
