Please fill out the following request form. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. An email will be sent to RHA and someone will get back to you within 72 hours.

The cost of renting equipment is $5 per item while you have it checked out. If the equipment is returned after the date/time specified below , a fee of $1 per item per day will be incurred.

RHA Equipment Terms of Use

My organization and I agree to take full responsibility for any borrowed items checked out from the Residence Hall Association. The general checkout fee includes $5 paid to the Residence Hall Association. The RHA Treasurer will work with your organization/hall with to transfer the funds. I understand that my organization is responsible for arranging the pick-up and drop-off of the borrowed equipment. I agree to return all borrowed items on the date/time specified above. I understand that if all items are not returned on time and in the condition they were when they were borrowed, my organization or myself will be charged a $1 per day late fee as well as the cost of any repairs needed on the items. YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE TO CHECK ANYTHING OUT
