Cynthia McArthur (Cindy) earned her Master of Science Degree in Range Management from Oregon State University in 2002.
Shortly after graduation, Cindy and her husband Ted went to work as Range Management Specialists for the Gila National Forest in New Mexico. After several years of desert life, they moved back to eastern Oregon where Cindy became the Blue Mountain Ranger District Wild Horse, Invasive Weed and Range Program Manager. Cindy next had the privilege of becoming the first Forest Service Liaison to the International Society for Range Management. To fulfill this assignment, Cindy, Ted and their five year old son moved to Washington DC. They are enjoying their adventures in the Nation's Capital but look forward to moving back to the rangelands they love.
