About the Editor
Edward W. Hellman has a Ph.D. in Horticulture and has conducted research and taught Viticulture for twenty years. From 1994 to 2000, he was an Associate Professor of Viticulture at Oregon State University. He is currently an Associate Professor of Viticulture at Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University.
