About The Editors
William G. Loy (1936-2003) was professor emeritus of geography at the University of Oregon. He and Stuart Allan oversaw the creation of the first edition of the
Atlas of Oregon in 1976.
Stuart Allan's Allan Cartography has provided cartographic services worldwide and is well known for its Benchmark state road and recreation atlas series as well as its Raven wall maps.
Aileen R. Buckley, assistant professor of geography at the University of Oregon, focuses her research interests on cartographic visualization, geographic information science, and environmental analysis.
James E. Meacham is director of the University of Oregon InfoGraphics Laboratory, where he specializes in cartography and geographic information systems research.
