Habit Foliage Flowers Overflow
Tansy ragwort (Senecio jacobaea) foliage is dark green, 2 to 10
inches
long, and pinnately or bi-pinnately lobed.
Leaves have petioles on lower foliage, but not on upper foliage.
As a juvenile rosette petioles are purple, but I rarely see this
coloration
on petioles of subsequent leaves.
