Redstem filaree (Erodium cicutarium) habit is a low-growing, circular
mat. The plant initially forms a small rosette.
New foliage continues to grow from the center of the plant in successive
layers.
The habit is eventually a small mound 4 to 6 inches high, and up
to 14 inches wide in a circular mat.
