EUGENE - An Oregon State University Austin Family Business Program workshop set for Wednesday, Dec. 1, will focus on managing family business growth.

Offered with sponsorship by U.S. Bank, the session is geared for business owners, spouses and key managers. It will run from 8 a.m. to noon at Chambers Media Center, 2975 Chad Drive, Eugene. The workshop will feature discussions and hands-on learning activities to address communications, financing, policy, and decision-making, as related to family business growth. Participants will learn about effective planning and have a chance to hear from a panel of family business owners who will share their stories about business growth.

Participants can also see another family business in action as the Chambers family hosts a tour of their facility from noon to 1 p.m.
