I’m a non-traditional student dealing with the challenge of learning disabilities. Returning to school after an extended time, I found myself standing at the base of a vertical climb known as Algebra; Derron Coles explained X-Y axes as continuum, pointed out hand holds, offered tools and taught their uses; I was down there, I’m now up here.
