Transit & Parking Services held a special contest April 16-20 to reward people in the OSU community for following parking regulations. Congratulations to the winners of the Happy Ticket, Happy Face contest. The winners were:

2nd Prize: $25 gift certificate to the OSU Bookstore – Dustin Whittington
