Oregon State University Procurement and Contract Services (PaCS) Manager Kelly Kozisek was recently recognized as one of only 59 people nationally to successfully complete the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC) fall certification examination as Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO).
