State 4-H Scholarships College Scholarship Applications due March 1 Information on 2013 State 4-H scholarships and County/State 4-H Fair scholarships has been updated and is now available at http://oregon.4h.oregonstate.edu/oregon-4h-scholarships Applications must be approved and signed by county 4-H agents prior to sending to the State 4-H office.
