- Broadleaf evergreen shrub, low and compact. Leaves lanceolate to oblanceolate, about 2.5 cm long
and 1 cm wide. Flowers salmon pink flowers, "very double", about 40 petals, no male or female flower
parts, about 4 cm across; blooms profusely, late.
- 'Balsaminaeflorum' is known to the florist trade where it is often called Azalea 'Rosaeflora'.
