• Conifer, evergreen, dwarf, prostrate, mounding flat ground cover [about 1 ft (30 cm) high] or it can be staked upright or grafted on a standard and then allowed to droop and spread, may spread to 6 ft (1.8 m) wide.  Leaves are a blue.
