Instructions for Internal Transfers
- Complete the animal transfer form with the requested information.
- Return the completed form to LARC. Upon receipt of the completed form, LARC will forward the form to the appropriate Principal Investigator.
- Coordinate the actual transfer (identification of animals/cages) with LARC where the animals will need to be housed, if different.
Use this form to:
- Transfer animals between different ACUP #'s
- Transfer animals from one scientist to another scientist.
