Newsletter deadlines: Generally, the newsletter deadline will be the Wednesday following Executive Council meetings in odd-numbered months, with publication the following week. Early submissions are especially welcome.

July 8 -25: Pre-Fair Record Book check. Books will not be checked any other dates.
