The deadline to turn in Horse ID pages and lease agreements is May 1 without exception. On Horse ID pages, the pictures of the horse must be in color, either colored in with markers/crayons (as long as it looks like the actual horse) or with a color photograph. These Horse ID pages are kept on file and not returned so please make sure you don't turn in your only copy.
