Leadership Development
ISS has created several leadership programs to help students develop into the future leaders of tomorrow.
1. Adelante Leadership Program: CASA Latina/o invites you to the launch of the Adelante Leadership Program. This program is designed for Latina/o students to increase leadership skills and involvement in OSU programs. Some workshops may be facilitated by community leaders and special guest speakers. Upon completion of the program, Students will receive a certificate at an end of the year ceremony and a letter of a recommendation from CASA Latina director.
2. APA Council Leadership.

El Concilio: CASA Latina/o de OSU is proud to provide an opportunity for leaders of Chicano/Latino student organizations at Oregon State University to receive on-going leadership training throughout the school year. El Concilio strive to provide Chicano/Latino student leaders a safe, positive and rewarding environment to explore leadership potential and student organizational development that will bring about positive change on campus and in the community. The essence of El Concilio is the embody the spirit of la comunidad y la familia, as we emerge into leadership roles which will best serve the needs of the Chicano/Latino community in the future
