To apply to the UHC, you must first apply to OSU. Then, you can complete the separate UHC application either online or in printed form. There is no additional application fee. Applicants to the UHC complete two Honors-specific essay questions.

First-year: 3.75 GPA or 1820 SAT (27 ACT)

Transfer: minimum 3.25 college GPA (Transcript(s) to accompany UHC application)

OSU Students: minimum 3.25 OSU GPA

1. UHC Application Form
2. Responses to UHC essay questions
3. Information regarding extracurricular activities, leadership positions, and awards
4. Copy of transcript (The UHC requires a copy of Unofficial transcripts, this copy should be sent directly to the UHC)
5. Copy of the OSU insight resume (first-year and transfer students only)
6. Official SAT/ACT test scores received by OSU Admissions (first-year students only)
