Course Evaluations

The University Honors College provides two options for evaluating UHC courses: the Small Group Instructional Diagnosis (SGID) or the written course evaluation. The SGID is a consensus building process that allows students a unique opportunity to articulate their experience in the course. The written course evaluation is a two-page form, consisting of 14 questions, in which students write short answers about their experiences in the course. Both the SGID and the written evaluation are in-depth evaluations that professors have found extremely helpful in gaining feedback on their UHC courses.

A PDF version of the course evaluation request form, the written course evaluation, and a more thorough explanation of the SGID process can be viewed by using the links listed on this page. If you have any questions regarding the UHC course evaluation process please contact Rebekah Lancelin, the UHC course evaluator.
