Programs
The department of Foreign Languages and Literatures offers an undergraduate Bachelors of Art program in French, German, and Spanish. Undergraduate minor programs are available in Asian Language and Culture (with a concentration in Chinese or Japanese), French, German, Russian (suspended), and Spanish. We also offer courses (but not a major or minor) in Arabic, Italian, and Linguistics. Course work in the department is also required for the International Degree program
Foreign Languages and Literatures also currently participates in three Masters-level degree programs. The Master of Arts in Teaching in Foreign Language Education (suspended), Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, and the Master of Arts in Contemporary Hispanic Studies
