REGISTRATION FEES:
Register Online (pay by check or credit card)
AFS (single registration rate) - $350 pp
AFS (multiple registration rate)
- $315 pp

(Registration fee includes text book, handouts, and refreshments)

AFS - Optional Training - $100 pp
(Registration fee includes refreshments)

Suggested Lodging:
A block of rooms is available until November 15, 2013, at the Hilton Garden Inn. Make your lodging reservation online
Rate: $99/night + 10% tax

Lodging is not included in the registration fee

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellation requests need to be made in writing (via email or regular mail) 10 days before event. Cancellation requests 10 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees.
