REGISTRATION FEES:

AFS (multiple registration rate)

BPCS (single registration rate) - $600 pp
BPCS (multiple registration rate)
- $540 pp
(Registration fee includes text book, handouts, and refreshments)

Suggested Lodging:
A block of rooms is available until May 16, 2013, at the Hilton Garden Inn. Make your lodging reservation online
Rate: $99/night + 10% tax

Lodging is not included in the registration fee

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellation requests need to be made in writing (via email or regular mail) 10 days before event. Cancellation requests 10 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees.
