*Urgency of the Request:

Urgent: Requiring a response within 24 hours, examples include but are not limited to, temperature issues (building/room), significant impact to research and/or productivity in the work place, tripped circuit breakers, etc.
Routine: Standard response within 8 working days, examples include but are not limited to, ceiling tile replacement, toilet continuously running, lights out (other than the immediately work area), etc.
Schedule: Response is coordinated with Facilities Services and the Customer
