Stores Operations provides supplies and services to the various units within Facilities Services as well as Campus Customers; either directly through stock inventory or through the coordination with outside vendors. The purpose of Stores is to assist in determining staff’s purchasing needs and identifying the best, most expeditious and cost effective way to procure the necessary goods, materials, and/or services to keep our units supplied and ready to serve campus.
Please contact us to assist you with all your purchasing needs, whether it be researching parts/materials, contacting vendors, negotiating pricing, order tracking, and part pick-up and/or delivery. Our “Parts Runner” program is designed to meet all your in-field supply needs, whether it's traveling to local vendors to pick up non-stock items or delivering parts/materials in the field. We are here to outfit your department with its supply essentials.
