Purpose

To help ensure fiscal responsibility regarding the reserving and use of Motor Pool vehicles.

Applicability

All departments and personnel who use Motor Pool vehicles.

Policy

No-Shows or reservations for Motor Pool vehicles not utilized within two hours of the designated pick up time will be forfeited. 

Forfeited reservations will be billed to the department unless an emergency situation existed.
