Section 007: Campus Facilities and Grounds Policies and Procedures
a. This policy is intended to govern the painting activities for the exterior and interior painting activities.
b. Facilities Services shall be responsible for the painting of all building exteriors.
c. Facilities Services shall be responsible for the painting of all common areas (i.e., non departmental space).
d. Painting of interior spaces is scheduled for every 12-15 years.
e. Departments are responsible for painting of the assigned departmental space.
- A department may hire the Facilities Services paint crew or an outside contractor to paint their assigned space.
- Prior to the area being repainted, the department shall contact the Work Coordination Center at 541-737-2969 to coordinate the work, regardless of whether Facilities Services or an outside contractor is hired to perform the work.
