Specialty: Range beef cattle nutrition and management
Research Interests: Evaluate Beef Production Systems that maintain or enhance the economic and ecological integrity of range livestock operations in the western U.S. Research is focused on alternative winter management for reduced winter feed costs. In addition, grazing systems for riparian health and improved distribution of beef cattle on range areas are focal points of interest.
