Reading List For TechSem 2006, we've got a one-week intensive format from July 17th to 21st with two hours per day of instruction and hands-on learning.

Online Discussion - including blogs!
Teacher Tools: High-end handouts and presentations with Word and PowerPoint
Moving On
Searching the Web for Research and Teaching
Finding and Using Graphics
Exploiting Content Pages
Exploiting ESL/EFL Pages
New Vistas
Creating Web Pages (and free hosting sites)
Design Tips for Handouts and Web Pages
Adding Interactivity to Web Pages
You'll work with other teachers and individually on projects to meet your needs. Readings and discussion will be built into the learning, giving you background to help put the current learning into context.
You will go home with a CD-ROM loaded with helpful shareware and freeware, course information, links to good sites, and the projects you and others have created during the session. We'll also have a discussion list set up for you to continue the conversation long after you've headed home!
